Ginger in cupcakes? I'm kinda scared of the thought...
ReplyDeleteAnd... the only cupcake recipe I have is huge (and chocolate). I might need a few tries to come up with something good, so I'd better find a way to make less at a time! (Guess what Justin? We have 300 gross cupcakes to eat!!)
But despite my trepidation, I'm game! Less than three weeks, huh? Hmm...
spice cake and gingerbread are yummy, so this can't be terribly scary!
